Privacy policy

This policy explains how DME Launch Radar handles information when you browse the site, buy an edition, or contact us.

Information we receive

Stripe processes checkout and may provide us with your email address, payment status, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your complete card number. If you use the contact form, we store the email address and message you submit.

How information is used

We use buyer information to verify payment, provide the purchased file, prevent abuse, keep transaction records, and respond to support requests. We do not sell buyer personal information.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the application and private files. Stripe processes payments. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. Basic server logs may include device, browser, and network data.

The lead dataset

Product records are derived from the public CMS/NPPES downloadable files. The product contains public organization and authorized-official fields; it does not add scraped email addresses. Requests to flag a record can be made through the contact form.

Retention and security

Transaction and support records are retained as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Product, order, and contact files are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by using the contact form. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
